Founding Engineer (Machine Learning)

What you will be doing

This is a hands-on role. You will code ML models and help build up a team of three to five engineers to improve and iterate upon our model architecture, ensuring that we meet our technical success criteria.

What we are looking for

Fundamentally, we look for someone with deep technical experience in conceptualizing, building, training, and deploying machine learning models to lead our technical execution.

You should have:

• Passion for our mission.
• Incredible coding skills, ideally in Python and PyTorch.
• Deep knowledge and experience developing and deploying leading-edge machine learning models.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High energy.
• Possibly (but not necessarily) completed a university degree in a related field in the last five years.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Drive to execute through ambiguous times.
